Attorney – Kris Heald
Kris was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida where he graduated from Leon High School in Leon County. Throughout his high school career Kris was a member of several clubs and organizations including the varsity crew team. After graduating high school, Kris attended the University of Texas where he earned a BA in Business Economics. He then worked for a mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering firm for five years before making the decision to pursue a law degree. Kris chose to attend Southern Methodist University both for its fine academic reputation as well as the opportunity to live and set roots in Dallas. He stayed in Dallas after lawschool, and immediately began representing injured plaintiffs against insurance companies. Kris joined Eberstein & Witherite, LLP, in July of 2011, where he seamlessly fit into the EW culture of providing quality representation for all of the firm’s clients while managing to maintain the personal one-on-one relationship that each client expects and deserves.
Kris has been admitted to practice Texas law since 2008. He is a current member of the Dallas Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Dallas County Young Lawyers organization, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and several national, statewide, and Dallas-area trial associations. Kris maintains his commitment to the Dallas area through both his work at Eberstein & Witherite as well as charity work throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Kris lives in the Uptown area with his wife Nadia. Together they enjoy walking their dog, trying yoga, jogging and going to brunch on Sundays.
